Privacy Policy
We collect almost nothing. Here's exactly what.

The short version
- We collect what you type into our intake forms (business name, email, etc.) so we can build your site and contact you.
- We don't sell or share your data. There's no marketing pixel, no Facebook tracker, no Google Analytics on our pitch pages.
- Stripe and PayPal handle your payment data — they have their own privacy policies; we never see your card number.
- Your customer-facing website (built by us) doesn't include trackers unless you ask us to add them (Google Business Profile data is server-side).
What we collect
From intake forms
Business name, your name, email, phone, address, hours, services, and any optional fields you fill in. Stored in a private JSON log on our server. Used to: build your site, contact you, and keep a record of who's signed up.
From payment
Stripe/PayPal tell us: your email, your subscription ID, the amount you paid, and the date. They handle the card data; we don't see it.
From server logs
Standard web-server logs (Caddy): IP address, page visited, browser type, response code. Used to debug issues. Auto-rotated after 30 days.
What we do NOT collect
- Card numbers (Stripe/PayPal handle that)
- Tracking pixels on the pitch pages
- Cross-site cookies or third-party trackers
- Behavioral profiles or "interest" data
- Your visitors' identities (your customer-site visitors stay anonymous to us)
Who we share data with
- Stripe — for billing. stripe.com/privacy
- PayPal — for billing. paypal.com/legalhub/privacy
- Your domain registrar (if we register your domain for you) — to register the domain in your name.
- Google — only if you ask us to set up your Google Business Profile (separate consent).
- Nobody else. Not advertisers, not data brokers, not "partners."
How long we keep your data
- Active subscriber: indefinitely while you're paying, plus 1 year after cancel (for tax / accounting purposes).
- Free preview (intake submitted, never paid): 90 days, then deleted.
- Server logs: 30 days.
Your rights
Email [email protected] to:
- See everything we have on you (you'll get it as a JSON file within 7 days)
- Correct anything that's wrong
- Delete it all (subject to the 1-year tax retention)
- Take your data with you (your site export = HTML + business.json)
Cookies
Our pitch pages set zero cookies. The intake form uses a hidden "preview token" stored only in the URL, not in your browser. Your customer-facing site uses zero cookies by default — if you want Google Analytics or Meta Pixel on it, you ask, we add it, and you disclose it on your own policy.
Children
Not for under-13s. If you're under 18 you need a parent on the email.
Changes
If we change anything substantive, we email active subscribers 30 days ahead.
