Plain English. Read it. Most of this is what you'd assume.

We build a one-page website for your small business or stream channel, host it on our servers, point a domain at it, set up your Google Business Profile (if applicable), and edit it whenever you ask. That's the whole service.
The monthly fee for the plan you picked. As of today: $19, $39, or $79 per month. Recurring monthly via Stripe or PayPal. No setup fee. No contract.
Cancel any month, for any reason, from the same Stripe/PayPal account that subscribed. Your site stays live through the end of the period you've already paid for, then goes offline. We don't try to talk you into staying.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy — a full refund of your subscription fee within 30 days of your first payment, subject to the terms there. (Updated 2026-08-11: this page previously stated a conflicting 7-day window; the Refund Policy linked above is now the single source of truth.)
If your site isn't live on your domain (or our subdomain if you don't have a domain yet) within 7 calendar days of you paying — refund of the first month, no further charges until you're satisfied. This excludes delays caused by you not providing requested info (logo, content, photos).
Text us changes — hours, prices, photos, contact info, holiday closings, a new staff bio. We'll do it that day (Standard tier) or within an hour (Pro tier). "Small" means changes that take under 30 minutes per request. Full redesigns or new pages are quoted separately.
The text, photos, and brand assets you give us are yours. We use them only to build and maintain your site. If you cancel, we send you a final HTML/JSON export within 7 days of request.
If you register your domain through us, the registration is in your name (or transferred to you on cancel). If you bring your own domain, we just point it at our server — you keep registrar control.
We do our best to keep sites up 99%+ of the time. If our hosting fails, we fix it. If you discover an issue, email and we'll look in under an hour. We don't guarantee any specific uptime SLA — at this price point, we'd rather be honest than write a number we can't enforce.
Maximum liability for any claim related to the service is capped at the total amount you've paid in the prior 3 months. This is standard small-vendor protection — it means a $39 customer can't sue for $1M if their site goes down for a day.
Your site can't promote: illegal activity, harassment, doxxing, scams, malware, content sexualizing minors, or anything else a reasonable person would find clearly harmful. We reserve the right to take a site offline (with refund of the unused period) if it violates this.
We'll email you 30 days before any material change. If you don't like the change, cancel — you'll get a refund of any unused period.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana. Any disputes go to small-claims court in Elkhart County first.
